“Eight Years of Gratitude and Move Forward with consensus” --the Eighth Anniversary Celebration of Heron Pharma
June 8th, 2021, the eighth anniversary celebration of Heron Pharma and the construction ceremony of New Workshop in Building 4 were grandly held in Jiangning R & D center and Plant, respectively. Although there are two places apart, more than 230 Heron colleagues celebrated the eighth anniversary of the company through online "cloud gathering", witnessing this important historical moment.
At the ceremony in the morning, all colleagues participated in the ceremony at building 4. In a happy atmosphere, Chao Yang, Chairman, Ye Hai, General Manager and Mr. Gui Shaobo, Board Member cut the ribbon for the new workshop. The newly standard workshop is 7010.68 square meters. The phase I project will build API, fermentation workshop and warehouse. After completion, the production capacity will be expanded, and more products will be supplied to the market supporting effective treatment for clinical and patients.
At 16:00 pm, chairman Chao Yang gave a speech for all staff at both sites by web meeting. He reviewed the struggle process and summarized the development achievements of Heron in the past eight years. He said, "We are running in the high way now, a critical period of contribution to the clinic and patients." He expressed his thanks and blessings to the colleagues who quietly but diligently work for the company.
Over the past eight years, the team has grown from 8 to more than 230 people. At the beginning of this year, Heron Pharma successfully achieved Production License of Haifurun® (Tacalcitol Ointment), phase I clinical trial of innovative drug HR1405-01 initiation, and the construction of new workshops. It is expected that more than three Drug Licenses will be approved and at least three NDA drugs will enter phase I clinical trial in 2022. Heron will continue adhering to the values of "innovation, pragmatism, struggle, customers and win-win" and to move towards a more brilliant future with all excellent employees!
